Life Audit (Top Ten Stressors Assessment)

A diagnostic tool that reveals hidden patterns of stress in your daily life by systematically identifying your top sources of friction. This assessment uncovers which habits, processes, or missing systems are creating unnecessary worry—and provides a clear roadmap for what to change first to dramatically reduce stress and increase your "true wealth" (the number of things you don't have to worry about).
